returns & exchanges policy

Digital patterns are non-refundable.

Physical products are eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. to receive a refund or exchange, please request a pre-paid shipping label from the seller. We will email you this shipping label that you can use to mail back your items. Items must be received by the seller within 45 days of purchase for a refund or exchange to be completed. Items must be in a reasonable condition, determined by the seller upon receipt of the returned product, to be eligible for refund or exchange. Upon receiving a product that is in acceptable condition, a refund and/or exchange will be issued and/or mailed out within 7 business days.
